1. Eligibility for Refunds
We offer refunds or replacements only in the following situations:
- The book arrives damaged, including:
- Torn or damaged binding
- Missing, blank, or misprinted pages
- Pages in incorrect order
- You receive the wrong item (a different book than what you ordered)
2. Conditions for Refund Approval
To be eligible for a refund:
- The issue must be reported within 7 days of delivery
- You’ll need to provide:
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
- Clear photos showing the issue
All requests are reviewed, and we may assess the condition before approving a refund or replacement.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are generally not provided in the following cases:
- You ordered the wrong edition, format, or title
- You changed your mind after purchase
- Minor cosmetic imperfections that do not affect readability
All relevant details, including publisher and cover photo, are available in the product listings on our website. We encourage customers to review these carefully before placing an order.
You’re still welcome to submit a refund request in these situations; however, approval is not guaranteed.
4. Refund Process
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will:
- Offer a replacement (if available), or
- Issue a refund to your original payment method
Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days.
5. Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item, we will cover return shipping (if applicable).
- Otherwise, shipping costs are non-refundable.
